5th Annual International Festival of Cultures

The 5th Annual International Festival of Cultures will be held on Sept. 20-21, 2019, in celebration of the cultural diversity of The Marianas, with special emphasis on the indigenous cultures of Micronesia.
The festival returns to Paseo de Marianas in the main tourist district on Saipan. A soft opening will be held on Sept. 20 from 5-10 p.m. with an ethnic parade, food sales, and demonstration and sales of arts and crafts. On Sept. 21 from 5-10 p.m., the festival will also feature live ethnic performances on-stage.
