Unusual Opportunity for CNMI Artists and Aspiring Artists The Commonwealth Council of Arts and Culture will be hosting an unusual opportunity for artists on our islands, the “Business Development Workshop for Artists”. It is a 30-hour professional workshop that will begin August 16th with 10 sessions spanning a period of three months. 2018 International Coastal Cleanup

The Division of Coastal Resources Management would like to invite you to join this year’s International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) on Saturday, September 15, 2018! Every year, the CNMI joins the word wide effort to fight ocean pollution by collecting and documenting the trash littering our coastlines and waterways. Since 2016, the CNMI has removed 7,254 pounds of trash, covered 138 miles, and documented 51,519 items of trash into Ocean Conservancy’s global ocean trash database. Hell of the Marianas Century Cycle (December 1) (Saipan)

It is about that time for the most exciting, long-awaited holiday season of the year. The 17th Annual Christmas in The Marianas takes place every Saturday at the Paseo De Marianas (PDM) in Garapan.  The event features decorated Christmas trees, a Christmas parade, and a costume/caroling contest. Various schools from around The Marianas volunteer to show their holiday spirits by decorating the PDM with magnificent Christmas decors.
