The Marianas Visitors Authority (MVA) is pleased to announce the return of the 27th Annual Taste of the Marianas International Food Festival, to be held every Saturday evening in May 2026 at American Memorial Park in Garapan, Saipan.

As a signature event of Marianas Tourism Month, Taste of The Marianas will take place on May 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2026, celebrating the destination’s diverse culinary scene, vibrant culture, and grassroots local talent. The festival continues to be one of the Marianas’ most anticipated community events, welcoming residents and visitors alike to experience flavors and entertainment that reflect the Far From Ordinary ethnic dishes and fusions of the culturally inclusive archipelago.

Taste of The Marianas features affordable dishes from local hotels and restaurants, live entertainment, food-eating competitions, cooking contests, arts and crafts vendors, and more, creating a festive atmosphere that highlights the unique character and hospitality of the islands.
